Burfee Dessert

1lt milk
1 cup kilm
1/2 tsp elachi
2 d/spn custard powder
1 tsp rosewater
1/2 to 3/4 tin condensed milk (depends on how sweet u like things)
1 tin nestle cream sml
3tsp sugar
1-2 tsp china grass powder (I used 1 coz I wanted it soft)


Add klim, china grass, sugar, and custard powder in 1 cup milk and make a paste Bring the rest of the milk to near boil Add paste to milk just before it hits boil Stir til milk thickens to custardlike appearance Remove from heat Add elachie powder condensed milk, nestle cream, and rosewater Stir well Pour into bowl or mold and refridgerate
