Cheesy Crumbed Steak in Garlic Sauce


Cheesy steak & mashed potato.

Fillet Steak- cut into thin pieces & using a meat hammer get it into a round shape.

Marinate the steak:

Salt, pepper, vinegar,garlic, ginger, Red chilli flacks, soya sauce, 1/4tsp peri-peri aromat & texas steak (spice bottles).

Leave for an hour.

Dip steak into cake flour, followed by egg & bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat.

In a seperate pot make garlic sauce:

Butter, Garlic, salt, birco.


Lay Mashed Potato in a dish.

Add little garlic sauce.

Then Fried crumbed steak.

Little more garlic sauce & cheese.

N.B put the dish in the grill for a min to melt cheese.
