CHOICE.
INGREDIENTS
2 MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED ONIONS
½ TSP WHOLE JEERO
½ TSP WHOLE MUSTARD SEEDS
A FEW CURRY LEAVES
2 WHOLE GREEN CHILLIES SLIT IN HALF
3 MEDIUM TOMATOES LIQUIDISED WITH 1 TBLSP OF TOMATOE
PUREE
2 TBSLP AAMLI PULP – CAN BE MADE MY SOAKING AAMLI IN A
LITTLE WATER THEN STRAIN OUT.
1 TSP SALT
1TSP RED CHILLIE POWDER
1 TSP JEERO POWDER
1 TSP DHANIA POWDER
1 TSP ARAD /TURMERIC
1 TSP WET SEAFOOD MASALA OR ANY FISH MASALA SPICE THAT
YOU DESIRE METHOD
BRAISE TOGETHER 2 CHOPPED ONIONS, ½ TSP WHOLE JEERO, ½
TSP WHOLE MUSTARD, AND A FEW CURRY LEAVES
AND GREEN CHILLIES IN A POT WITH
GHEE/OIL .
ONCE ONIONS ARE LIGHT BROWN ADD THE TOMATOES WITH ALL THE
SPICES EXCEPT THE AAMLI.
ADD FISH SLICES AND COOK ON A LOW HEAT UNTIL DONE. LASTLY
ADD THE AAMLI PULP AND GARNISH WITH GREEN DHANIA.
