Recipe: White Chicken

1 chicken disjointed
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1tsp salt
4-5 whole green chilly(or to taste)
½cup cashew nuts
½cup maas(plain yogurt)
½cup fresh cream
Crushed black pepper/garam masala

Cook chicken with adding ginger-garlic, salt, oil, & chills, cook until chicken is done.
Make paste of nuts, maas & cream
Pour over chicken,mix n cuk for a while on low, then sprinkle crushed pepper/garam masala,garnish with fresh dhana and spring onions on top & serve hot with rotis ......I added little dhania jeeru and aromat when cooking because I felt it a little bland,and at the end I only added pepper no garam masala.
