Saucy Prawns

The secret chef -Saucy prawns
1 kg prawns
peri peri oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1/2 teaspoon tanddpri spice
1 teaspoon fine garlic
1 teaspoon crused garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger
red or green masala
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon peri peri sauce
lemon juice
marinade atleast for 1 hour

sause :
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
1 teaspoon steers sweet peri peri sauce
1 tablespoon steers hot peri peri sauce


METHOD


cook prawns in butter few blocks
butter .
5 minutues before nearly cooked add sauce and
simmer ,-A saucy prawn recipe for you to indulge ..............
