Personal Assistant for 1 of KZN’s Top Estate Agent


My client in the Property Industry is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant to assist the Agent in the Berea (Musgrave, Morningside, Essenwood)
(needs to reside close by)
• Salary: 10% Commission of every deal the Agent does, (currently averages 3 deals a month) , hence depending on your personal drive you can write your own pay-check
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: Mon to Friday - 8am – 4pm

Candidate Requirements
• -matric and own car and licence essential
• good computer skills: MS office, word, excel
• willing to work 2 Sunday’s a month between 2pm and 5pm (if needed)
Duties:
• general admin duties
• follow up on houses currently in the market and sole mandates
• follow up on show houses of other agencies
• canvassing and cold calling new properties for the agent
• filling in listing sheets of properties with a description
• filling in sole mandate forms
• organize show houses with sellers
• dealing with property queries
• very well presentable
