Quick healthy gourmet bread
300g whole wheat flour
5ml baking powder
5ml baking soda
2ml salt
5ml ground cinnamon
250ml quick cooking oats
100ml honey
100ml golden syrup
100ml plain yogurt
2meduim eggs
125ml milk
250ml dried cranberries
50ml chopped walnuts

• Preheat oven to 180°C and spray and cook a medium loaf pan.
• In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and oats.
• In a large bowl, mix together honey, golden syrup, yogurt, eggs and milk.
• Mix in flour mixture until just moistened. Do not overmix.
• Stir in cranberries and nuts and pour into prepared loaf pan.
• Bake for about 40 minutes, or until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
• Cool completely
Serve as desired
