CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP.


Ingredients.
Chicken cubes
Green masala
Salt, black pepper
1 pkt onion soup mixed 3 ½ cups water
1 pkt vegetable soup mixed 3 ½ cups water
1 tin cream style sweet corn
Chopped parsley and dhania
1 small tin fresh cream
1 cup milk
Fine badaam and caju
Method.
1. Braise chicken in ghee. Add in spices.
2. Mix packet soups with water and add in with sweet corn.
3. Before serving add in cream, milk and chopped herbs.
4. Braise nuts and add in as an optional extra.
