Fish kebabs by Nushrat shaukat.

:: steam a large cleaned fish n remove all flesh carefully. Flake the meat and add it to hot mashed potatoes. Add chopped coriander salt, citric acid or vinegar to taste, fresh chopped coriander n green chillies. Mix well. Shape as desired. Roll in egg n crumbs. Deep fry crisp n serve piping hot.
