1 kg unsalted Cashew nuts- cut in half
1 kg Almonds- cut in half
1/2 kg Pecan nuts- cut in half
1/2 kg flaked Almonds
1/2 kg flaked coconut
Roast all the above in the oven
2 packets Sally William Nougat, cut into small cubes
2 cups Rose Turkish delight- cut into small cubes Mix the Turkish delight and Nougat with:
4 tablespoons Maizena
4 tablespoon Icing Sugar, to prevent it sticking together.
1 packet dried cubed pineapple
2 packets dried cubed fruit
Mix everything together, the nuts and the sweets, it’s now ready to serve!
