Shammi Kebabs by Shenaz Suleman


 1 kg beef cubes
2 tsp salt
2 onions
2 tblsp Ghee
1 tsp garam masala
11/2 tsp Dhana powder
1 1/2 jeero powder
1 tblsp ginger
1 tblsp garlic
2 lemon juice
Black pepper
8 red hot Chillies
2 tsp chillies
1 heaped tblsp Shaans Shammi Spice mite иєє∂ more иєє∂ тσ taste
Braise above when almost dry add 4 cups water bring тσ pressure steam
Check when meat nearly done add half kg presoaked overnight dhall

Seal cooker bring тσ boil
