:::::::: make normal masala steak. My recipe of masala steak : tenderised steak add salt both chilli powders,little ginger paste, garlic paste, vinegar ketchup,3 med sized tomatoes chopped and butter. Heat a little oil lay the steak and pour all marinade over it. Cook till done and a little saucey.lay in dish. Now make normal veg fried rice and lay on top of the steak. Make masala chips and lay on top. Garnish with onion tomato n pepper cubes and fresh coriander.
