Quarter cup basmati rice soaked in cold water for 30minutes.
Put in pot , cover with enough water(, at least 1n half cups water), ,boil until cooked and water reduced.
Add 1can condensed milk. Measure milk into empty can and add as well.
Keep stirring to prevent scorching.
Add 1tsp rose water, 1,tsp elachi pwd.
Add 1TBSP dessicated coconut and slivered or nibbed almonds.
Keep stirring so doesnt scorch.
Remove from heat when desired thickness achieved.
Ps _ no need to add sugar, as the condensed milk is sweet enough.
If kheer becomes too thick, don't stress, just add more milk to it.
