batter fried fish

8 hake.fillets
2cups of flour
2teaspoons of mixed herbs
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons white pepper powder
Combine above.ingredients with just.enough.soda water to make a thick batter. Dip fish in batter and.fry for approximately five minutes.per side. Serve with chips or salad
