Cheesecake Icecream

180g tub full-fat cream cheese
390g condensed milk
400ml Milac
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
100g Eetsumor biscuits
Simply mix cheese, condensed milk, Milac & vanilla! Whisk together until well combined, and aerated! Fold in biscuits! Decant into a tub with airtight lid! Freeze 6 hours! Leave out at room temperature 20min before serving! Enjoy! (Millac available @ The Chef's Choice... email
