Indulge with Popcorn

Rafaello Popcorn

Ingredients
Popped popcorn
Chopped almonds
Dessicated coconut
Melted milky bar
Crushed raffaello chocolates (optional)

Pour melted chocolate over popcorn. Add the almonds, coconut and crushed rafaellos. Mix all together. Can Spread out on flat tray to allow chocolate to harden so popcorn doesn't clump together.

Caramel popcorn:

Pop 1 1/2 cups of popcorn seeds and empty into a large dish.

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup golden syrup
1/4 tsp rough salt
Melt together in a pot until sugar dissolves and its well blended. Then add:
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2tsp vanilla essence.
Mix quickly. It'll froth up.
Add to popcorn and mix well.
Empty onto 2 large baking sheets and pop into a preheated oven @ 140 for 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven and toss every few minutes to stop them from sticking together.

Cool and store in an airtight containe

Luxury caramel popcorn:
-------------------------
Pop 1 1/2 cups of popcorn seeds and empty into a large dish.
1 cup almonds -halved
1 cup pecans- halved
1 cup macadamians quartered
Add to popcorn

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup golden syrup
180g butter
1/2 tsp rough salt
Melt together until sugar dissolves
Then add:
1tsp vanilla essence
1/3 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Mix quickly. It'll froth up.
Add to popcorn and nuts mixture and mix well.
Empty onto 2 large baking sheets and pop into a preheated oven @ 140 for 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven and toss every few minutes to stop them from sticking together.

Cool and store in an airtight container.
