Recipe medley



Dhodi lagan:- 1 cup gratd dhodi(raw). 1 sml onion grtd. 1/2 cup oil. 1 cup gratd cheese. 1 cup self raising flour. 4 eggz. 2-3 grn chillies(finely chppd). Dhania leaves(finely chppd). Pinch of haldi. Salt 2 taste. 1 cup chkn fillet(cubd n boild). Method:- First cube n boil chkn fillet,drain n leave 2 cool. mix al da above ingredients in a bowl,accept 4 da chkn fillets. Lt da fillet cool down bfre addng 2 mixture.Lastly add da �chkn fillets.pour mixture in greased pyrex or muffin pan n bke @ 180 degreez til firm n gldn brwn.serve hot wth chutneys.By pttng in muffn pan its easier 2 serve,no nd 2 cut it n no wastage wth da kds.Also ideal 2 freeze if nt al required,mykz 12 muffinz.

Chaamps (Chicken BhaJias):

¤1 KG Chicken cut up in big cubes
¤2 Cups flour
¤1/4 Cup Chana Flour
¤1 egg
¤Juice of 2lemons
¤Green Masala
¤Red GG Masala
¤1tsp crushed Garlic
¤2tsp Baking pwd
¤2 tsp Jeeroo crushed half way
¤1 tsp Coarse Dhana
¤1/4 tsp Aradh
¤1tsp fine red chilli pwd
¤Dhana Jeeroo mix
¤2tsp Salt
¤1/2 tsp fine Black pepper
¤1/2 tsp fine Mustard pwd
¤Dhania, springonions, mint & lil Limbri cut up

*TIP*freeze in 3-4 pkts .

Haji Ali pizza:
Base:1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp ghee
Enough yoghurt to make a soft dough

Green chutney :
Green mangoes, salt,whole jeera,lemon juice ,mint,lots of dhania and a little garlic.

Potato filling :
Boil potatoes. Mash.add green chillies,salt,pepper, lemon juice and a little yoghurt.
Roll out dough. Prebake base.spread green chutney, drizzle a nice amount od mayonnaise, spread potato filling, put slices of onion,green pepper,tomatoes,pepperdews and jalapeños.bake for a few minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.pop in oven until cheese melts.Enjoy. Not my recipe

Plaited Chicken Pies
1 x 500g self raising flour
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking pdr
1/2 lb Rama
6 tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs mixed with 1 cup maas

Method:
Make dough in food processor (magimix), add the maas-egg mix a little @ a tym. Might not need entire liquid to make a soft dough

Filling
+/- 1 kg cubed chicken fillet, 1 onion. Make onions soft in ghee then throw in chicken with 2 tsp salt(or less), garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper n green chillies to taste.
Kachoomber
Cube onions, tomato, n cucumber and season with salt n pepper. Optional green chillies. Add mayo n mix together
To assemble, roll out dough into an oblong, make light markings on dough, with filling down the centre and leaving dough on either sides for the plaits. First place chutney of your choice down da centre, den chicken filling, den ur kachoomber den cheese. Cut dough on either sides into strips and fold over filling to form a plait. Brush with egg, sprinkle thal/parsley and bake on 180 until golden. Happy eating, this recipe yields about 6 beeg pies. Freezer friendly after its baked.rcp cn b halved

Half cup spaghetti
Half cup mixed vegetables
1 cup cooked cubed chicken fillet
1 onion chopped
Half cup grated cheese
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon green chillies
1 Teaspoon baking powder
4 Teaspoons Butter
4 Teaspoons oil Fine cut Dhanna

Mix above Ingredients well.
Beat together 3 eggs, 4 level tablespoons flour & 250ml fresh cream.
Add to chicken mixture.
Bake at 180 Degrees till done
Cut into squares and serve with chutney.

Chicken Roses

Roses
2cups flour
3quarter tspn salt
1 & half tspn bakin powder
4tblspn ghee
Fridge water to mke dough

Filling
500g chicken mince
Half cup mashed potato
Half cup peas(frozen)
Half cup grated cheese
1tspn green chillies
Salt to taste
Garlic to taste
1tsp whole jeeroo
Cubed cheese
Beaten egg
Grated cheese

Method
sift dry ing, add ghee and add water to mke a dough. Roll out into small rotis. Mix all filling ingredients together except cubed cheese. Put a cube in middle of each ball. Cut four slits on corner of each roti and place ball in centre, fold as for roses. See pic. Brush with beaten egg and bake :)

Savoury crossaints :Dough : 2 cups flour .3 tsp baking powder 11/2 tsp salt 125 g butter 1egg beaten 3/4 cup cold milk .sift dry ingredients in a dish add butter and mix till it resembled bread crumbs pour in egg and jus enough milk to make a soft dough divide dough into 6 balls den roll into a circle and cut into 4,place a spoonfl of filliing at the long side of each triangle and roll up till der end forms a crossant .brush a little egg yolk sprinkle parsley bake at 180 till pale brown .filling : ;1/2 kg fillet steak cubed,1big onion cubed,1 tsp ground garlic,2 big tomatoes grated .2 tblsp tomato puree .cube steak wash and drain add 2 to 3 tsp crushed chillies .1/2 tsp rough salt ,1/4 tsp haldi .2 to 3 tsp chillipowder .1/2 tsp dhanajeera, 2 tblsp lemon juice .ground greenchillies can be added .chillis can be added or subtracted according to taste .mix all spices in steak den put in a pot and cook until dry.
In another pot add 1 curry spoon ghee 1/2 tsp jeera 2 or 3 greenchillies slit 1 onion cut fine .add I tsp ground garlic wen pink add 1/2 tsp salt .2 tsp chillipowder ,1/4 tsp haldi ,1/4 tsp dhanajeero,braise den quickly add tomato and puree cook chutney on low for 10 to 15 min .wen done add cooked steak into chutney .garnish with dhania cut finely enjoy
~ Savoury Waffles:
                                                                   - 1 1/2 Cups Flour,
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Milk (If Mixture Is Too Thick, Add A Little More Milk)
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder,
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter,
- Pinch Of Salt,
- 1⁄4 Teaspoon Black Pepper,

* Mix Altogther & Make A Batter, Let Ιт Rest For A While & Make Waffels °̩ή Your Waffle Maker.

-- 500 G Chicken Fillet, Cut Into Strips
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Chiken Spice
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic

- 3 Tablespoons Peri Peri Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Mayyo
- 1 Teaspoon Barbeque Sauce

- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1⁄4 Cup Red Peppers Julienned
- 1⁄4 Cup Green Peppers Julienned
- 1⁄4 Cup Yellow Peppers Julienned

Method:

Add Spices To Chicken And Marinate For 30 Minutues, Heat Butter And Fry The Garlic, Add The Chicken, Add 1⁄4 Cup Water & Cook Until Chicken Îs Tender. Add The Sauces To The Chicken. Heat Butter And Stirfry The Peppers, Remove, Add Peppers To Chicken. Heat Waffle In
The Micro For A Few Seconds, Place Hot Chicken Mixture °̩ή The Center And Garnish with Basil, Parsley & Cheese, Heat Till Cheese Melts :

Stuffed Dates

Pitted Dates
Coconut
Crushed almonds
Chopped pistachio
Melted chocolate
Ghee

In a pan add a little ghee. Add in the dates, on medium heat toss the dates just to warn through. Remove from pan & set aside.
In same pan add some coconut, crushed almonds & a little chopped pistachios. Place on medium heat for about 2 minutes stirring all the time. Dont let it brown. Remove from heat.
Stuff each date with the coconut mixture & place on plate. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
