Rusks

Various Rusks

Rusk

4 cups self raising flour
3/4 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup all bran flakes-crush
1/4 cup bran
2 tblsp raisins
1 cup sultanas
1/3 cup dedicated coconut
2 tbslp till
3/4 cup brwn sugar
Mix

1 egg
1 cup maas/inkomaas
1 cup melted butter
Mix

Make sml balls in a loaf tin,
Bake on 180, for 45min..
Allow 2 crisp on 120..


 Sliced rusk

1 cup all bran flakes -crush
1/2 cup pecan nuts
1/2 cup almonds
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp B.p
2 1/2 cups self raising flour

250 g butter
3/4 cup sugar
Melt,then add
1 cup maas/inkomaas
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Add to above mixture

Bake in 2 loaf tins..for +-30/35min
Allow 2 cool,then wrap in foil,and freeze for 3hours or keep over night in fridge..then slice and allow 2 crisp on 100..

RUSK
250ml Maas/inkomaas
1 egg
250g butter
Melt,pour over dry ingredients

1 cup all -bran flakes-crush
500g self raising flour
2 tblsp somph
2 tblsp till
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecan nuts
3/4 tsp baking powder

Mix wid melted mixture,form dough,makes 2 oven trays..bake on 180..crisp on 100..


 Rusk

1/2 cup maas/inkomaas
500g self raising flour
2 tblsp till
1/2 cup all bran flakes-crush
2 tblsp sunflowr seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup pecan nuts
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
250g butter
2 tblsp somph

Melt butter,add sugar then add egg,maas,beat 2gether..
Mix wid dry ingredients..makes 1 oven

 Rusk..

5-6 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
125 g butter
3 tblsp b.p
Make bread crumbs

1 cup maas/inkomaas
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
Beat

Add to above and form dough..
Grease oven tray..flatten dough
Bake on 140 for 45min..til light brown,cut,crisp on 100 for 2-3 hours..its lyk ouma rusk.

All bran rusks
4 cups flour
3 cups all bran flkes
4 tsp bakin powder
Pinch salt
1 egg
1 cup sugar
250 g magrine melted
1 cup sour milk

Mix everything 2gther in baking machine
Pat in 2 loaf tins one narrow one ñ∂ 1 broad one
Bake @ 180 4 1 hour
Remove 4m tins ñ∂ leave. Cut the nxt day
