Shaahi Murghi Masala

Shaahi Murghi Masala!

500g Chicken pieces
1 green pepper, cubed
1 Onion, chopped
250ml Tomato Puree
2 tbsp dessicated Coconut
1 tsp TCC Chilli powder
1 tbsp TCC special blend
1 tsp TCC mix masala
1 tsp TCC turmeric powder
Coriander (garnish)
Lemon (garnish)
In a bowl, add masalas, mix well! Add chicken Pieces in marinade! Cover, set aside at least 30min! Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, tomato & onion, cook 2-3 minutes on medium! Add pepper! Cover pan with lid, cook on low for 8min, stirring occasionally! Add coconut, simmer, 3 min! Garnish with coriander & lemon! Serve with rotis or rice!
