Bar One Cake

2 Cups of flour
3 Eggs
250Gr. Margarine
2 Cups sugar
1 Cup Maas (sour milk)
5ml Vanilla essence
½ Cup cocoa
5ml Baking powder
5ml Bicarbonate of soda
1 Tin Nestle Cream
2 Bar One Chocolates
Pinch of salt

Bowl 1: Melt margarine,1 cup sugar & vanilla essence – mix well & add 3 Eggs & beat well together
Bowl 2: Mix maas (sour milk), cocoa & 1 cup sugar together
Sift remaining ingredients together & fold in the liquids from bowl 1 & bowl 2 mixtures into dry ingredients until all is well incorporated.
Bake at 180 Deg for 20 - 30 MINS if baking in a baking tray or make into cup cakes & bake for 15-20 mins.
Cut the chocolate into pieces in the dessert cream & heat in the microwave until its melted (usually takes about 2 mins)
Allow to cool & thicken, then pour over cake. (I usually leave it in the fridge for about an hour or so depending on how thick you want it)
