Cashew nut halwa


2 cups Nespray
1½  cups Sugar
185 gr Butter
1 × 290 gr Tin Cream       
1½  cups chopped Cashew Nuts
1 tsp Cardamon Powder     
Whole cashew nuts for decorating (walnuts can be used instead of cashews)           
            *~ METHOD~*
~Preheat oven to 140 deg.
~Combine all ingredients together.  
~Pour into an oven proof pan and place into oven.
~Stir mixture at 10 min intervals.
~When the mixture turns light gold, add cardamon.
~Pour into a pyrex tray and smooth top with a tablespoon.  
~Takes 40 to 50 min to cook.
~Cut into squares when cold.   
~Decorate with cashews.
