Chicken with patteriya

Marinate 1chicken:
1-2Tblspns red masala
1tsp salt
1/4tsp arad
1tsp dhania jeeru
1/2tsp whole jeeru
1tsp fine red chillies
Pinch saffron
Handful of fried onions(crushed)
1/2 cup sourmilk
1cup liquidised tomatoes
2Tblspn lemon juice
2whole elachie
2 whole peppercorns
2 cloves
Cinnamon stick
1whole green chille
Cook in 2Tblspns of ghee till 3/4 done.
Fry patteria & add to chicken
Cook for little while.(must be saucy)
NOTES:I used cubed chicken fillets n added more green chillies n potatoes
I did not fry my patta,placd them over d curry just before serving
