Lamb Kharahi

200 grams lamb cubed
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp tumeric powder
1 chopped onion
1 smll green pepper
2 red tomatoes liquidized
1 stick cinnamon
Pinch cardamom
Pinch ground cloves
1 tsp Ground ginger n garlic
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Simmer 1 tbsp oil in chopped onion until golden
Add all your spices and let it simmer for 3 mins on low heat.
Add salt tomatoes and lamb.cook until your meat is tender. Thereafter cube your green pepper and garnish .also garnish with chopped coriander.
