Meat lollies

MEAT LOLLIES

500g chicken or beef
2 slices bread
1 med onion
6 green chillies
1 brunch coriander
1 tomato cubed
1 tsp whole jeeru
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp aromat
2 Tbsp vinegar -
2 Tbsp warm oil -
1 tsp barbeque spice.

METHOD:
Soak bread in half cup water for few minutes and squeeze. Mince chicken or beef, bread, onion, chillies and coriander. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well, shape into finger size lollie's, roll in flour, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Now pick toothpick into lolly. Freeze or fry in deep oil until brown. For dieter place in greased tray and grill or bake till light brown. Makes 30 - 35
