Peanut Mint Chutney

1 bunch fresh mint
1 bunch dhunya
(Both above take off leaves only, wash well n drain very well)
250gr roasted peanuts - husks taken off n ground into powder
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp fresh crushed ginger n garlic
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Juice of 1fresh  lemon (OR  2 tsp  white vinegar)

Put leaves into blender w
1 Tbsp water n all the rest EXCEPT  peanuts n lemon juice
When it's a pulpy mess
Add peanut meal n blend
Take out of blender
Add lemon juice
Stir through well.
(Lazy pp like me add lemon juice in blender n give just one last turn)

Serve with meat or veg,  good on fresh bread.
Keeps for 5-10 days.
