Seekh Kebabs

Seekh Kebaabs
2lb lamb mince
1/2lb chicken mince
1/2cup crushed fried onion
1onion finely chopped
2tsp jeeru powder
1tsp heap cinnamon powder
1tsp heap lemon pepper
1/4cup fresh cream
Salt n green chilli n garlic paste add to ur taste.
Mix well shape into long kebabs, place in oven tray n bake 10min turning once (cool at this stage can freeze) then put them on cooker chop in lotsa butter, n squeeze lemon juice over n cook on medium heat so they brown well, n u get a nice sauce with the lemon n butter, make a salad cucumber, red onion n tomato chop in coriander, can make a mint chutney to n enjoy wrapped in fresh roti with the salad n mint sauceߘˀ
