Strawberry Mousse

Jelly:
1 litre water
3/4 cup sugar
1 heaped tsp falooda powder
5 tblsp strawberry milkshake syrup

Boil and set in container

1 tin ideal milk chilled in fridge overnight
Beat adding 2 tblsp icing sugar until trippled in volume
Mix in 500ml strawberry yogurt

U can pour this over ur set jelly or u can grate or slice the jelly into the yogurt mixture

Allow to chill well
