Two Ingredients Pizza Base

Makes 1 large Pizza
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup low fat plain yoghurt
In a bowl mix the 2 ingredients until a dough forms. Cover and allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
Flour a work surface and using a rolling pin, roll the dough until it is roughly the size of the pizza tray you are using. Place the rolled out dough onto the tray and top with fillings of your choice.
