Sore Throats
A Honey Lemon Ginger infusion  
Whip up a quick infusion of honey, lemon and ginger. Simply grate a half inch chunk of ginger into a larger mug. Squeeze the juice of a half lemon in on top (you can also add the zest if you’re feeling daring) and add a heaping teaspoonful of honey (feel free to adjust the sweetness level to your personal taste) fill the mug the boiling water and stir to combined. Drink while still warm and repeat as necessary.


For burns
1) Apply colloidal silver this is a natural antibiotic and disinfectant if the burn is very painful, use in spray.  2) Apply a lotion made with vitamin A.


Constipation
1) Take apple pectin, helps with constipation and brings fibre into the body. 2) Take folic acid an insufficient intake of folic acid can lead to constipation. 3) To clean and heal the digestive system, take Aloe Vera juice twice a day. 4) Eat lots of fruits, green vegetables cabbage, peas, carrots, garlic, sweet potatoes, all these are high in fibre.


Heart Burn
Drink Chamomile tea after meals to relieve oesophageal irritation.


TIP: DOCTOR’S NO LONGER RECOMMEND DRINKING MILK TO REDUCE HEARTBURN, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT MILK TEMPORARILY REDUCES THE SYMPTONS ONLY TO INCREASE ACID PRODUCTION BY THE STOMACH WHICH CAUSES MORE HEARTBURN. 

Insomnia
This remedy is especially for me dear friend who suffers from insomnia and for all those out there who battle to sleep. Here are some remedies you can try. Insomnia Nutrition: Warm milk (which contains the amino acid tryptophan) before bed. Be sure you finish your final meal of the day by 7PM. So that your body won’t be digesting while you asleep. Insomnia Herbs: Chamomile tea, sleepy time tea. Lifestyle: Make sure your bedroom is dark and quiet with good ventilation and fresh air. Mind/Body: Meditation and breathing techniques, such as three-stage breathing (yoga).
Cold Sores 
1) Olive leaf extract is good as a natural antibiotic for viral infections. 2) Place a small amount of salt on the cold sore and hold it in place with your finger for a minute or two. This may be painful but it is the quickest way to heal cold sores.

Piles
Common Causes are, Low fibre, Pregnancy, Aging, Chronic constipation. Remedies: 1) Take 1 tablespoon black cumin seeds ( Shah jeera) , Roast and mix with 1 tablespoon of unroasted black cumin seeds and powder both together. Take ½ teaspoon with a glass of water once a day. 2) Radish juice taken in the morning and night. Start with ¼ cup and increase to ½ cup gradually over a period of a month. 3) Wash 3-4 figs, soak in a glass of water over night, eat them first thing in the morning. Again repeat in the night. 4) Boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well, take 3-4 times a day.

Lice
Common causes: Lice spread through by close head to head contact, sharing brushes, combs etc. Remedies: 1) Make a mixture with 1 teaspoon of lime juice and 1 teaspoon garlic paste. Apply on scalp, leave for half an hour and wash out. 2) Grind 8-10 Almonds along with 2-3 teaspoons of lime juice. Apply on hair and leave for half, wash out.
