Cheesy garlic rolls

 SAUCE:
1 tub fresh cream
2 tsp crushed garlic
3 tblsp garlic butter
¼ tsp salt or to taste
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp crushed green chillies
¼ tsp parsley and a dash of paprika and mixed herbs
¼ to ½ tsp maziena to thicken sauce

Boil above ingredients together to a thick sauce.
Slit diagonals on top of rolls and pack into oven tray. Fill with sauce between slits. Pour left over sauce over the rolls.
Sprinkle grated cheese over and grill in oven.
