Hungarian tart


125g butter
5 tblsp sugar
2 tblsp oil
1 beaten egg
2 tsp baking powder
1/2tsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
Jam for spreading
Method
Cream butter sugar til white add in oil n vanilla add in egg then sift flour n baking powder make soft dough. Divide in two portions. Grease a square dish spread 1 lot of dough nice n even then spread jam. Grate remaining dough over n bake at 160 degrees for 20 mins when cool cut n dust icing sugar over. Enjoy
