1kg steak cut in big cubes
Marinate in
2 tsp Ginger garlic
1 tsp dhana jeeru
¼  tsp haldi
3 tblsp lemon juice
salt and pepper.
¼  cup sourmilk
6 tblsp mayonaise
Cut 2 big potatoes in rounds, fry till half way done and set aside.
Cut 1 green pepper and 1 large onion in rings.
1 tin creamstyle corn
½ tub fresh cream
Boil together,with aromat and pepper..
Cook steak until tender.
Layer steak at bottom of casserole.
Pour corn sauce over.
Layer potatoes, onions and green peppers.
Dot with blobs of butter.
Cover with foil and bake for about 40 mins.
