SAUCY STEAK WITH MUSHROOM,PEPPERS AND ONION

1 kg rump steak
1 tsp steak and chops spice
1 tsp barbeque spice
½  tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp fine red chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic
½  tsp salt or to taste
8 tblsp ground tomato
2 tblsp mayonaise
1 tblsp lemon juice
3 tblsp sour milk
1 punnet mushrooms sliced
1  onion cut in rings
1 green pepper sliced
1 red pepper sliced
METHOD
Marinate steak in ingredients..fry one small chopped onion add steak,fry in butter and cook until done.
Add 1 tub fresh cream b4 serving and sizzle steaks..
Saute onion rings in
butter,add peppers and mushrooms and add to
steak just before serving.
