Beetroot halwa

250g beetroot peeled and grated 
1 litre milk
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 
397g condense milk
155g nestle cream
½ cup ground almonds
2 teaspoon red colouring
Heat beetroot and milk in a pot and cook gently until 
milk has nearly evaporated.
Add the sugar and cook for 10- 15 minutues. 
Add the ghee (Clarified butter), condensed milk and cream and cook 
until thick and mushy. 
Then add colouring. 
Finally add elachie and almonds.
