11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1T garlic
1T chilli paste (we used the red chilli n garlic masala )
1 tsp fine chillie powder
1/4tsp tumeric
1 tsp crushed chillies
1 T lemon juice
Method
Cook the merinated chicken in ghee for 10 mins .
Remove from pot n place in oven tray. Put aside.
Liquidize one tin of chakalaka must be mild n spicy.
Add liquidised chakalaka to a pot
Add 125gm garlic butter
3 T tomato sauce
3T garlic peri peri
3 T mayonnaise
1tsp crushed chillies
Boil above till thick n pour over chicken n cover with foil n grill in oven 20 minutes.
