Apple wonder delight

600g Wonder dough
2 apples, peeled, cut in. Quarters
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup butter

Combine cinnamon &  sugar in a bowl! Set aside! Roll dough out to a 6 inch flat circle! Place two apple quarters on each piece of dough; fill with a spoonful of the sugar mixture! Fold edges of dough over apple & seal! Place in a greased 9X9 baking dish!Melt butter with leftover sugar mixture! Pour over covered apples!
Bake 180ºC, 20min until golden brown! Serve with a dollop of cream! Enjoy!
