Butter biscuits

Preheat  180*C

125gr  butter or marg
1/2 c  icing sugar
1 tsp  vanilla essence OR
1 tsp  other flavour
1 1/2 c  flour

Cream butter n sugar,   add favouring.
Add flour
Pipe onto lightly greased trays.
Bake 180*C  for
+-  12 mins.
Cool n decorate with melted choc.
Add 1tsp finely grated zest n 1tsp citrus juice  to match ipo essence.
Add few currants or coconut.
Use 2 Tbsp cocoa ipo 2 Tbsp flour.
