Melting moments

Preheat  180*C

250gr  butter or marg
4 Tbsp  castor sugar
3 Tbsp  cornflour
1 3/4 c  flour

Cream butter n sugar
Mix flour n cornflour
Add to butter mix
Make dough
Roll balls onto lightly greased tray
Flatten slightly with fork   OR
Push dent in middle with finger.
Bake  180*C  for
About 18 mins.
If dented put jam in dent.
Roll balls in beaten egg white n then in coconut.  Continue as above.
