Pani puri

Pani Puri
* boiled chick peas   2 can
* boiled potatoes cut in cubes  2 cups
* chat masala 1 tsp or as requied
* salt as required
* lemon juice  3-4 tbsp
* onion  finely chopped   as required
* fresh coriander chopped  as required
Boiled and drain and Mix together ingredient. Add half of cup type1,2,3 mix and 1 tsp red chilli and 1 tsp chaat masala together and salt to taste and finally sprinkle dhania leave 


Type 1 yogurt chatni,
Ingredients,
* Yogurt  500 gm
* mint leaves  10-12
* green chili  1
* salt as requierd
Mix mint, green chill salt and pepper process blend then lastly add yogurt mix.
Type 2 Green Sauce/Hari Chatni
Ingredients,
* Fresh green coriander   1 medium bunch (use it with stems)
* garlic clove  1 small
* green chili  3-4 (add less if you like less spicy)
* onion  1 small
* whole cumin  1 tsp
* salt  1/2 tsp or as required
* sesame seeds/til  1-1/2 tsp
* oil  2 tbsp
* water  1/4 cup
* tamarind pulp  2 tbsp
Mix together blend as and add 1/2 cup peach chutney from bought Mr burger store. Look delicious
Type 3 . Tamarind Sweet Sauce/Imli Meethi Chatni
Ingredients,
* tamarind pulp/ imli pulp   1cup (how to make tamarind pulp click here)
* sugar  3/4 cup
* red chili powder  1-1/2  tsp
* salt  1/2 tsp or as required
* ginger powder /sonth   1 tsp
* cumin powder  1 tsp
* water  1 cup
* 1/2 cup peach chutney
Mix together ingredient as buy pani puri from.indian store x
