Peppered Chicken Curry

2 red peppers, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
2 tbsp TCC Special Blend
1 tsp TCC Chilli powder
1 tsp TCC mix masala
2 tbsp olive oil
200g chicken breast, cubed/Sliced
100ml water
Liquidise pepper & onion until smooth! Heat oil, add paste & spices, fry, 5min! Add chicken, mix well! Add water, cook, 12min until water is reduced! Garnish! And serve!
