10 minute Arabic dough

2 cups warm water
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp yeast
2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp milk powder- secret ingredient that makes 'em so soft

Mix together and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Then add:
1/2 cup oil
3 cups flour+ 1 tsp baking powder (optional)

Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired.

I let it sit for another 30 minutes.
Everyone raving about this Arabian dough
Can be used with fillings or bread , pizza. Etc
