Ramadan drinks🥛🥛🥛



Suhur power drink.
3 cups hot water, not boiling hot
3 T honey
6 T coconut oil
5 dates
2 tsp chia
1 T goji berries
12 pecans
15 peeled almonds
1 tsp cacao powder
Blend well

Sehri Smoothie For 2 glasses:
1 n half cup milk,
1 T oat bran/oats
1 banana,
4-8 dates depending on sweetness,
1 t crushed almond… Blend…

Vanilla Smoothie
1 cup yogurt
1 cup milk
4-7 dates soaked in the milk overnight
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups ice cubes optional
Blend
Makes 2-3 Glasses

Cornflakes Smoothie
1 cup Milk
4 Dates soaked overnight in milk
2tbsp Cornflakes
1tsp Honey
Blend

Spiced Banana Smoothie
1 cup Milk
4 dates, pitted, chopped and soaked overnight in the milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg  1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon Chillie Powder
1/16 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup sliced ripe banana
3/4 cup Ice, optional Blend
Makes 2 Glasses

Strawberry Smoothie
½ cup strawberries
¼ cup almonds, soaked
3 dates, pitted and soaked
1 cup Water or Milk
Blend
Makes 2 Glasses
