Mindnastics

Mindnastics is a program that heals body, mind and soul.

The  program  helps develops listening skills, concentration, time management, motivation,  study skills, goal setting etc.

I use various techniques like mind power, visualization,  brain patterning eg and so on to address these challenges.

The program also  helps children  who have experienced traumatic incidents or have issues re-fears,  bedwetting, self esteem etc I am a complimentary healer , so I use techniques of healing e.g. 

breathing , finger holds and so on to address these issues.

Cost is R250 per child for 45 minutes
