chicken cutlets


250g boneless chicken
4 Potatoes boiled
2 Onions chopped fine
4 Green chilly chopped fine
 1 inch Ginger chopped fine
 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped fine
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Few Curry leaves
2 eggs
2 cup bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry



Cook d chicken in a little water, little salt, pinch of turmeric n pepper powder.
There should not b any liquid left. Cool n grind to a fine powder. You can also buy readymade kheema.
In a pan add a little oil n saute d onions, ginger, chillies, curry leaves till onions golden brown. Add d remaining turmeric, garam Masala, pepper powder n fry. Take off d heat n add d chicken, coriander leaves, salt to taste n mix well.
Mash d boiled potatoes n mix with d chicken. Mix well n roll to make cutlets.
Dip in beaten egg n roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry d cutlets till brown.
