Fresh Cream & Sour Cream Pasta

- 3 Rounds Fettucine, Boiled
- 1 Green Pepper, Julienne Strips
- 1⁄2 Cup Carrots, Julienne Strips
- 1 Punnet Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1⁄2 Cup Baby Marrow, Julianne Strips
- 1⁄2 Cup Mini Kernel Spears
- 1⁄2 Kg Cubed Chicken Fillet
- 1⁄2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1⁄2 Cup Fresh Cream
- 1 1⁄2 Cups Grated Cheese


Cook Chicken In Green Masala, Lemon Pepper, Garlic, Jeeroo, Salt & Olive Oil.

Stir Fry Veggies In Butter, Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper & Ά̲̣ Pinch Øf Mixed Herbs.

Mix Everything Together, Lastly Adding Creams And Cheese. Warm Through To Serve Until Cheese Melts.

* Instead Of Mixing In Fresh And Sour Cream A White Sauce Could Be Added:

- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour or Corn Flour
- 1 Cup Milk

* Braise Flour In Butter, Add °̩ή Crushed Garlic And Braise. Add Warm Milk And Stir Continuously Till Ιт Thickens. Season with Salt And Pepper...
