كُلاًّ نُّمِدُّ هَـؤُلاءِ وَهَـؤُلاءِ مِنْ عَطَآءِ رَبِّكَ وَمَا كَانَ عَطَآءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُورًا
{20. To each [category] - to these and to those - We bestow from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted.}
meaning, to each of the two groups, those who desire this world and those who desire the Hereafter, We bestow what they want,
{And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted} meaning, no one can withhold or prevent them and His gifts will never decrease.
