Spicy Fish




500 gm Fish Fillet (cleaned and sliced)
1 Lemon (halved)
1 pinch Black Salt
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Mango Powder
1½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Flour
1 Egg
3-4 drops Red Coloring
Oil for frying
Grind Together:
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Cardamoms
1 pinch Oregano
2 dry Red Chilies
How to make Spicy Fish:
Rub 1 lemon half over fish pieces combine with turmeric powder, mango powder, black salt, and grinded ingredients. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Combine egg with flour and food coloring and spread over the fish. Gently mix.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop fish pieces into small batches.
Fry until golden brown and place on an absorbing sheet. Drizzle with juice of remaining lemon half over fish and serve hot.
