Melrose & Corn Samoosas


- 3 Cups Frozen Sweet Corn
- 1 Small onion, Finely Diced
- 1 Teasoon Crushed Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- Pinch Øf Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic
- 1 X 400 G Melrose Spread
- 1/4 Cup Fine Grated Cheese
- Chopped Dhania
Method:
Saute Onion & Garlic In Little Ghee, Add Corn & Spices..Cook Till Water Dries. Remove From Heat Add Melrose & Grated Cheese & Dhanya. Mix Well..Cool Completely Before Filling.
